There is hereby created the Traffic Management Center (TMC) to replace the existing Traffic Management Unit (TMU) under the supervision of the City Mayor thru the Traffic Management Control Board (TMCB). The TMC shall coordinate all traffic management activities of the City. The Center shall establish its own operations center, but shall closely work with the following local and national agencies;

The Head and personnel of the Traffic Management Center (TMC) shall be designated/appointed by the City Mayor from among the personnel of any appropriate City and National Government Offices or from the private sector, through the recommendation of the Traffic Management and Control Board.
